Forms of Payment:

Payment in full must accompany order. Money orders and cashiers checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Western Union Quick Pay are accepted. All checks are held for 10 business days for clearance before ordered item(s) are shipped. Personal checks are not accepted.

For Orders Shipping Outside the USA (except Canada):
US Wings accepts payment by PayPal or Western Union Quick Pay ONLY* — no credit card orders. We also accept Western Union Money Orders (make money orders payable to US Wings and mail to: US Wings, 561 E. Hines Hill Road, Hudson OH 44236).

*Exception: all major credit cards are accepted for orders from Canada (Canadian shipping address must be the same as the Canadian billing address) and from active-duty US Military personnel, foreign- or domestic-based, shipped to all APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping Information:

For Next Day Air shipping: add $60* to normal shipping fee. For USA orders only.
For Second Day Air shipping: add $30* to normal shipping fee. For USA orders only.

US Wings ships FREE to all Military APO and FPO addresses and is the main supplier to our men and women in the U.S. Military.
Shipping times: Generally, orders for in-stock items will be shipped in 2-3 business days after your order is received. All other items will ship from our warehouse in 3-5 business days.

Shipping Method: We ship via UPS or USPS. UPS is our standard delivery method, however, UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes (you MUST provide a valid street address for UPS delivery). We ship to PO Box addresses using USPS, and if using a credit card, your PO Box shipping address MUST be the same as your credit card billing address (no shipments to 2nd party PO Boxes).  If you are active-duty US Military, your shipments are delivered via US Air Mail.

Exchanges/Returns:

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, for customers within the USA, return your unworn product within 30 days from date order was shipped, with original tags still attached for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Please return insured UPS or U.S. mail for your protection.  If you are exchanging your product, as a courtesy for our USA customers, we will re-ship free of charge. We do not accept returns on custom orders.

There will be a 25% restocking fee charged for the return of three items or more.

For international customers, you will be responsible for all freight and duty charges relating to your return shipment(as to not incur duties, please declare items as USA goods being returned to the manufacturer).  If exchanging, please include the correct shipping and handling. If a shipment is returned undelivered, we will credit the value of the order less the freight charges in both directions.

For corporate orders, all returns will be subject to  a 20% restocking fee. Only merchandise with tags on and in new condition will be accepted for return or exchange.

Important! When you receive your package, DO NOT open the box with a sharp object! US Wings will NOT accept returns on items that have been cut, punctured or scraped while opening the box!
