Like any proper “Top Gun” jacket, this one features a variety of naval patches, including a special 9″ x 11.5″ pieced leather blood chit on the jacket’s back, the red stripes, blue field, and anchor are individual pieces of leather sewn onto the leather chit. This updated Top Gun G-1 has all the standard G-1 features, but also adds a few not found on US Navy-issued G-1s. The antique lambskin will further distress the more you wear it, giving you that desirable “battle worn” look and adding even more character to the jacket. This is truly an outstanding jacket!
