- Arthritis, leg cramps, sore / aching muscles or joints: Apply a generous amount of rub and gently rub as needed for comfort.
- Cracked hands, feet, and other skin irritations: Apply a generous amount of the rub to the affected areas and repeat as needed.
- Cuts / abrasions / bruises: Gently apply the rub to minor cuts and abrasions. Keeps out dirt and infection.
- Coughs: Apply rub onto the soles of your feet (wear socks). The soles of our feet are a pathway into our bodies.
- Head colds / Sinus congestion: Apply rub to sinus areas around the nose, on the forehead and behind the ears to help open clogged sinuses and relieve related symptoms.
- Insect bites & stings / mosquitoes & fly repellent / skin irritations: Apply the rub to affected areas for quick relief. Apply before going out as repellent.
- Nail fungus: Apply rub to the infected areas and repeat until you see all bacteria is gone.
- Sore throat / chest congestion: Apply a generous amount of rub to your throat, chest and back. Cover with a warm cloth to assist the soothing effect and to open your respiratory congestion.
- Vaporizer: Place a tablespoon of rub in your vaporizer and feel the soothing vapors work as you sleep.
