US Wings – Return and Exchange Policy
During Coronavirus (Until further notice)
Due to the current rise in cases in Ohio and to help keep our employees safe, it may take longer than usual to process returns and issue refunds.
With the additional Covid-19 safety precautions being taken with our shipping carriers and at our return center returns may be delayed 4-6 weeks.

US Wings has stood behind the quality of our products since 1986. That’s why for our customers, if you are not happy with your item, you can send it back to us, with no questions asked. Look over your order as soon as your receive it. Please make sure that all items are correct and fit properly. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from when the item was shipped. For a refund (less shipping), return items with original tags still attached. You are able to ship the purchase back in the same box. We also ask that you insure the package, for your protection.
NOTE: Items that have been washed, soiled, worn (other than initially trying on), or altered in any way will not be returnable or refundable. This includes custom orders, i.e. adding patches to a jacket.
All “Return to Sender” shipments will receive a refund less the freight charges in both directions. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred from refusal of deliveries, incorrect shipping addresses, or if you change your mind after the shipment has been mailed. If an error was made on our part (wrong size, or style shipped) we will reimburse up to $10.00 in return shipping.
For Christmas gifts, the return and exchange policy is extended to 15 days after Christmas. Please indicate on the order in the customer notes that it is a Christmas gift.
There will be a 25% restocking fee charged for the return of three items or more.

Domestic Customers (USA):
If you are exchanging your product, as a courtesy, we will re-ship the first exchange free of charge. Original order has to be received and processed before the exchanged item will be shipped. So it may take up to 14 days after our receipt to process your credit or exchange.
For international customers, there are higher shipping costs, so we want to make sure you love the item you’ve purchased. We strongly recommend that you confirm sizing and order details with our customer service team prior to placing the order. You will be responsible for all freight and duty charges relating to a returned shipment. To reduce duty costs, declare items as USA goods being returned to the manufacturer. If a shipment is returned undelivered, we will credit the value of the order less freight charges in both directions. If exchanging, please include the correct shipping and handling. For any differences in price and shipping costs, we are able to send you a PayPal invoice.Return & Exchange Form
