    This is for SGT Hack:
I want to recognize “Rosita” in Customer Service. She is the epitome of the job title … customer “service.”
I sent my 40 year old Avirex horsehide A-2 to US Wings to have the epaulets repaired / altered. Rosita answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure the job was done right.

This is a copy of my email thanking her for the good work:
    “Hi Rosita,
I received my repaired / altered horsehide A-2 on Friday afternoon!
    Well done !
I am very happy with the result !
I’ve put up with those epaulets for years and I didn’t even wear the jacket the last ten years because of the torn left epaulet. Now the tear is repaired and both epaulets lay flat on the shoulder. I am once again wearing my A-2 with pride … just like I did when I flew with it 40 years ago.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in making this happen.
    Sincerely,
    Stewart ”

Please pass on to Rosita’s supervisor my appreciation for her caring and effective customer support.
I think she is a great US Wings representative.

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,
    Stewart Rivall
